Customer Policies

Kenner Dermatology Center's mission is to provide qualified and professional medical rejuvenation products at the highest quality of care to our patients/clients.

Registration

To qualify for shipment of products, you must be an existing patient/client of Kenner Dermatology Center who is registered in our database, due to products containing Retinol & Hydroquinone. To place an order, please call our office at (808)263-3233 ext. 3 during normal business hours. At the time of order, please verify/update contact and billing information which will be used exclusively to fill your order and for billing purposes. If we encounter difficulty in processing an order, we will use this contact information to reach you.

Pricing is subject to change without notice.

Quantity Policy

In rare cases Kenner Dermatology Center may limit quantities requested due to availability of products. Payment and Delivery We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express.

Shipping

A $5.15 shipping fee along with a handling fee of $2.56 will be added to the order automatically. The products will be shipped First Class Mail. Orders received before 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders received on Fridays will be shipped on the next business day.

Expedited Shipping

Sales Tax

Kenner Dermatology Center charges Hawaii General Excise Tax - GET (4.712%) for all purchases.

International Shipments

Kenner Dermatology Center does not accept international orders at this time. Shipping is available to all 50 U.S. states.

P.O. Boxes

Kenner Dermatology Center does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Cancellations

Kenner Dermatology Center works hard to expedite your order. Once an order is generated and payment is processed on our system, it is difficult to cancel as the product may be en route. Cancellations will be processed as a Return. Please see Returns Policy below.

Returns Policy

If any product you purchase from Kenner Dermatology Center is defective or damaged, please call us to arrange for a return. All returns must be done within 10 days of receipt of the product.
